Lotto-Pilot is a mobile application operated by What Wait Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Lotto-Pilot, you agree to this User Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to use lottery-related services in your U.S. state of residence.

2. Purpose of the App

Lotto-Pilot helps users organize and coordinate lottery group play.

• The app is for organizational and informational purposes only

• Lotto-Pilot does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or process winnings

• Lotto-Pilot does not determine prize ownership or entitlement

All lottery rules, winning numbers, and prize claims are governed solely by the applicable state lottery authority.

3. No Affiliation with Lottery Operators

Lotto-Pilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any U.S. lottery authority.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access or device misuse.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to provide accurate information, Lotto-Pilot is provided “as is.” Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Users should always verify official lottery information directly with the relevant state lottery.

6. Availability and Changes

Features may vary by state and may not be available in all jurisdictions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Lotto-Pilot or any feature at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements of Lotto-Pilot are owned by What Wait Innovations and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lotto-Pilot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What Wait Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lotto-Pilot.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which What Wait Innovations is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
